Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design and development process for collections tailored to UK-based customers.
∎ Collaborate closely with customers' buying, design, and technical teams to understand and fulfill their requirements.
∎ Provide creative direction to the team, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations.
∎ Oversee the preparation of design concepts, technical packs, and prototypes for client presentations.
∎ Manage and mentor a small team of designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Ensure the timely delivery of designs and samples while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Stay updated on UK fashion trends, sustainability practices, and competitive insights to inspire innovative designs.
∎ Lead the design and development process for collections tailored to UK-based customers.
