Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain an accurate inventory of medical and non-medical supplies.
∎ Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure proper stock levels.
∎ Ensure timely reordering of supplies to prevent stock out.
∎ Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of supplies.·         Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements and transactions.
∎ Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
∎ Update and manage stock details in the hospital's ERP or inventory management system.
∎ Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive and perishable items.
∎ Monitor expiry dates and ensure the timely use or disposal of products.
∎ Organize the storage area for easy accessibility and efficient space utilization.
∎ Support hospital departments in their inventory requirements.
∎ Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding inventory and supplies.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in storage areas.
