Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any recognized Public or Private University will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Merchandising
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge in handling various styles with the all-accessories Item.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned time and action plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow-up with planning/ production/ commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Co-ordinate with the buyers and production unit, team member, managements to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Able to handle several buyers/styles at a time.
∎ Closely coordinate with the Merchandiser Manager to ensure a smooth communication with the factories and the buyers.
∎ Correspond with buyer & fulfill their requirement.
∎ Follow up of pre-production samples and production samples for timely dispatch to buyers.
∎ To achieve sales target as assigned by the Management.
∎ Create new customers & develop business.
∎ To fix and monitor monthly sales targets according to production capacity.
∎ Maintain the individual Party files & Accounts.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good oral and written communication in English & Bangla
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
