Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop plans outlining production targets, budgets, objectives, and schedules and ensure that these plans are followed.
∎ Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands.
∎ Assign responsibilities to production staff and monitor their performance.
∎ Lead by example and support staff in order to ensure a harmonious work environment.
∎ Ensure that processes are implemented in compliance with the company’s quality standards.
∎ Monitor the production process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.
∎ Analyze costs and identify ways to reduce production costs.
∎ Monitor expenses and take action to control and reduce expenses when necessary.
∎ Analyze production data and use this information to develop strategies that will improve production efficiency and quality executive.
