∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software (preferred).
∎ Previous experience in employee relations or welfare management within the RMG sector is an advantage.
∎ A proactive mindset, with the ability to build trust and drive employee engagement.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Address and resolve employee grievances in a structured and timely manner to promote a positive workplace culture.
∎ Serve as a key liaison between production floor management and employees, fostering open communication and collaboration.
∎ Conduct regular floor visits to engage with employees and provide guidance on workplace concerns to enhance overall productivity.
∎ Provide counseling in situations like absenteeism, resignations, disciplinary issues.
∎ Support induction and monthly orientation programs for new employees and maintain accurate training records.
∎ Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure proper care for pregnant workers and other welfare-related matters.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed reports on employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and training programs, providing actionable insights to management.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate meetings on workplace health, safety, and environmental sustainability, reporting outcomes and recommendations to leadership.
∎ Support organizational goals through additional tasks assigned by management, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
