Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for maintaining the whole process of GRS & GOTS material traceability.
∎ Follow up the incoming materials (GOTS/GRS) T/C with Store & Purchase & keep a record in the system.Fo
∎ llow up the Mass Balance sheet with the store & keep updated on the material consumption history of GRS/GOTS.
∎ Provide the Application form to CCPB for TC when required & arrange all related documents to fill the application.
∎ Coordinate with CCPB to generate report & T/C.
∎ Always communicate with the store & purchase team about the purchase of GRS/GOTS materials according to approved material content.
∎ Keep a record of all supplier-updated GRS/GOTS certificates in the system.
∎ Keep a record of all T/C which will collected from individual suppliers.
∎ Keeping a record of all T/C which we will provide to customers.
∎ Responsible for chemical management.
∎ Follow up the monthly chemical inventory record & follow up the chemical muster list.
∎ Ensure all the chemical MSDS availability in the plant.
∎ Share the daily work summary with the manager.
∎ Report to the QA Manager regarding any system failure or implementation issues.
∎ Helping QA manager regarding Internal/External audit preparation & documentation.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Manager.
