Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in Garment factories Commercial Department
Job Responsibilities:
∎ LC, TT, LCA, FOC & Others banking docs preparation
∎ UD related docs preparation
∎ Import Courier docs handling
∎ Import Consignment delivery schedule follow up with C & F and Transport agent
∎ To ensure all documents are in timely and quality manner, without delay & mistake
∎ Any other task on management demand
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Detail oriented on document quality checking control and on time preparation
∎ Good knowledge about H.S Code and Customs formalities for import shipment
∎ Familiar with the full import shipping document handling and procedure
∎ To handle the import shipping document includes: Banking documents, BKMEA (UD, NOC) C&F & others
∎ Good command in both writing & spoken English
∎ With basic knowledge about the Microsoft Outlook, Words, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Work under pressure and self-confident
Salary: Negotiable
