Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical and operational support.
∎ Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Understanding of Computer power and UPS, Suitable system of power, online and offline UPS
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users, and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Installation & configuration of Windows server, Operating system & Application software.
∎ Able to communicate with each user in a professional manner.
∎ Reports to : Head of department - Information Technology

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ IT-related regular problem-solving skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware, Operating system, Utility software,
∎ Hands-on experience in networking (LAN, WAN, related hardware/software).
∎ Able to adapt to the latest release of technologies/features/hardware.
