Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of LCA, LC, TT, FOC, and other banking documents for daily import operations.
∎ Preparation of UD-related documents in preparation for daily import operational processes.
∎ To ensure that all documents are delivered on time and in good condition without delay or error.
∎ Liaison with key stakeholders: Production Planning Controlling, Merchandising, Raw-Materials Warehouse, C&F, Trading & Transport agent to handle the daily operational activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on import shipping documents handling and procedures.
∎ Capable of handling import shipping documents such as banking documents, BKMEA (UD, NOC), customs, and others.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Good knowledge about H.S. code and customs formalities of import.
∎ Should have good communication skills both (Oral and Written) in English
