Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ The candidate must have at least 02 (two) 1st Divisions/Classes/GPA 3.00/CGPA 3.00 in the academic records. Candidate passed O’ level & A’ level should have Grade-B in both O’ Level and A’ Level. No 3rd division/class in academic records will be accepted.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as General Banking, Loans and Advances, Trade Finance etc.
∎ Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
∎ Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
∎ Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Maximum 32 years of Age as on 31st July, 2019 for the Children/Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters subject to producing proper evidence provided by Govt. of Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates should have sound IT knowledge.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 31200 (Monthly)
∎ Upon successful completion of probation period, they will be confirmed as Junior Officer (General) with monthly gross salary ranges from Tk. 33,000/- to Tk. 37,500/-(approx.).
