∎ Minimum 02 (two) years practical experiences in relevant field preferably in any Bank or NBFI.
∎ Age not exceeding 30 year(s).
∎ Honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum supervision.
∎ Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word, MS-Excel.) /Email correspondence.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in office management and file maintenance.
∎ Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To attend visitors at the front desk by greeting and welcoming.
∎ Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner.
∎ To receive Phone calls, letters, parcels, and bills and checks those documents.
∎ To maintain proper communication with all internal department.
∎ Circulate information properly as and when required.
∎ To answer questions and address complaints.
∎ To build a professional relationship with all the employees of the organization.
∎ To maintain the schedule of separate different meeting times for different departments in the meeting area.
∎ Other administrative responsibilities as required.
