∎ Manage Day to Day HR works.
∎ Facilitate training and awareness sessions for the workers.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures.
∎ Analyze manual and system attendance data and prepare reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory standards.
∎ Support employee orientation and counselling programs.
∎ Monitor daily operations and compliance audits.
∎ Handle worker payments, bonuses, and compensation-related queries.
