Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct capacity studies to determine production capabilities.
∎ Perform production studies to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Conduct motion studies for process optimization.
∎ Analyze new styles with OBD (Operation Breakdown).
∎ Ensure all pre-production activities are completed for each style.
∎ Follow up on line feeding to ensure smooth style transitions.
∎ Conduct operator skill tests and assessments.
∎ Identify and solve bottlenecks in production lines.
∎ Perform effective line balancing to improve productivity.
∎ Train and develop sewing operators to enhance skills.
∎ Monitor hourly efficiency targets and production output.
∎ Update and maintain the operator skill matrix regularly.
