∎ CA (CC) or any relevant professional degree/certificate will get preferences

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all types of accounting report and submit to top management within stipulated time.
∎ Maintain all business and operational expense transactions within the business and keep appropriate records and documentation.
∎ Must be able to regularly prepare & maintain vouchers for all transactions with proper supporting and good filing system.
∎ Assist in preparation of financial statement and other financial reports.
∎ Maintain necessary legal documents for business and ensure regulatory compliance for all kinds of VAT and Tax return for company and personal, all Mushak, Corporate Invoice, Contract, Challan, etc.
∎ Posting in the Cashbook, Bankbook & Ledger on a daily basis in tally software
∎ Preparation & disbursement of Salary;
∎ Bank Reconciliation; Deal account payable and account receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof;
∎ Maintain Fixed Asset Register & Schedule;
∎ Deal with corporate tax matters and ensure submission of Tax returns;
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements within the schedule time.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ To be knowledge with Tally software(ERP)
Salary: Negotiable
