Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Junior Sales Executive for our company `Zoje Bangladesh Ltd.` which is a leading Importer & Exporter company.
∎ Selected candidates will be appointed initially for 6 Month provisional period. Appointment or further extension of contract will depend on the performance of the incumbent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The executive shall be responsible to plan and execute sales of Industrial Sewing Machine and other saleable products directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales report.
∎ Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly, customer support services for motivation, arrangements for factory visits etc. and all the other necessary activities that required for fresh and new sales by the teams of this department.
∎ He should be able to work on the sales output basis upon company targets.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ To build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ To manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ To assist the sales team with appropriate customer conduct and behavior to maintain the monthly sales & collection target.
∎ To maintain a proper customer relationship with potential & existing clients.
∎ Developing your self through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Preparing shift report and provide to Managing Director/ Director and head office respective department.
∎ Take initiative to handle sales lead, project engaged with colleagues.
∎ Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production using solutions through automatic industrial sewing machines, household sewing machines, valves, water pumps, etc.
∎ Performs other works assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Basic knowledge in industrial Sewing machineries, household sewing machines, valves, water pumps, household appliances, mobile phones, etc.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be needed to have professional attitude.
∎ Must be needed to be good at English talking and writing communication.
∎ Management experience is preferable.
∎ Responsible, Reliable, Highly energetic, Polite and hardworking.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
