Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or related subject from a reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: cisco, linux
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical supports (Computer Hardware, Printer, Network, and Software) to the end-users of different systems.
∎ Regular monitoring of the performance of all the systems.
∎ Responsible for Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of LAN, WAN and WiFi equipment.
∎ Responsible for managing Network and Security devices and protocols including Cisco Firewall, Router & Switch.
∎ Manages system design/architecture and monitors system stability and activity, making recommendations for additional resources and equipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good knowledge on UPS, Printer, CCTV, Windows active directory, TCP/IP, Fine-walls, Security
∎ Must have knowledge on the Data recovery system
∎ Must have experience on windows server 2008/2012
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated
∎ Willing to learn quickly
∎ Very Good communication skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
