∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certification on Customer Support or Client Service,Certification on Marketing and Sales,Certification on Managing a Super Shop
∎ Training/Trade Course: Management of Showroom,Training or Courses done at AARONG,Managing a Super Shop
∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Proficient in English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KARUPANNYA RANGPUR SHOWROOM MANAGER(SALES & SHOP)
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SALES MANAGER:
∎ 1. Achieve sales growth and meet sales targets.
∎ 2. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ 3. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ 4. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ 5. Tracking sales goals and reporting results to management if necessary.
∎ 6. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ 7. Promoting the organization and products.
∎ 8. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ 9. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
∎ 10. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ 11. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ 12. Thorough understanding of own products and services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
∎ 13. Reviews and analyzes sales data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.
∎ 14. Collaborates with other Sales and Shop managers to develop sales goals for each location, monitors progress toward those goals, and develops strategies to attract and retain customers.
∎ 15. Develop marketing programs and promotions to increase sales and introduce new products and services.
∎ 16. Schedules and directs regular sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale.
∎ 17. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies.
∎ 18. Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
∎ 19. Implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity.
∎ 20. Own recruiting, objectives setting, training and coaching of sales representatives.
∎ 21. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
∎ 22. Performs other duties as assigned
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SHOP MANAGER:
∎ 1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ 2. Identifies sales opportunities by improving the showroom layout and designs.
∎ 3. Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
∎ 4. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
∎ 5. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
∎ 6. Need to be an expert in sales techniques and required to attract and secure business.
∎ 7. Should ensure the maintenance of processes that work and the reinvention of procedures that impede sales.
∎ 8. Should maintain liaise with the team of marketing and supply chain specialists.
∎ 9. Studying the features of all products on offer.
∎ 10. Training staffs in effective sales and communication strategies.
∎ 11. Negotiating prices and payment plans and then closing sales.
∎ 12. Advising Purchasers on items which ought to be restocked or removed from the catalog.
∎ 13. Documenting sales and upkeep accounts accordingly.
∎ 14. Resolving strain and conflict between staffs to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
∎ 15. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ 16. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ 17. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
∎ 18. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
∎ 19. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets.
∎ 20. Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
∎ 21. Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
∎ 22. Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
∎ 23. Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
∎ 24. Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
∎ 25. Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
∎ 26. Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
∎ 27. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ 28. Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Managing an outlet of AARONG at Dhaka will get preference in selection.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will depend on qualification and experience. Negotiable.
