Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage strong relationships with key institutional clients (Nourish, Kazi, Paragon, Government department etc).
∎ Promote the company’s portfolio of feed additives and provide technical services.
∎ Identify opportunities, manage tenders , drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to design solution tailored to institutional needs.
∎ Provide technical support and delivery presentations/ training sessions to clients.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback to refine and optimize the strategy.
∎ Ensure timely reporting ,CRM updates and sales forecasting.
∎ Prepare annual budget for marketing campaign.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in feed additives ,animal nutrition and livestock feed production process.
∎ Excellent communication ,negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Self-motivate with the ability to work independently and travel regularly.

Job Highlights:
∎ Bachelor's / Masters degree in Animals Husbandry/ DVM
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B/ institutional sales, preferably in feed additives ,animal health or animal nutrition.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali.
