Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & Create Training Modules based on the brand SOPs
∎ Develop the Training Calendar based on business needs & Brand ratings
∎ Conduct Field Visit and execute Training of Franchisee teams on Brand Concept & Standards as well as Food Prep & execution SOPs in person & online.
∎ Develop other methods of knowledge transfer such as Short Videos on SOP & OPS Processes
∎ Conduct New Team Trainings, Re-Trainings, Product & Category level training by identifying & analyzing Ratings & Comments from consumers at a brand store level.
∎ Conduct Online Trainings with franchise teams as needed.
∎ Ensure Training Manuals & SOPs are updated at all times.
∎ Liaise closely with Key account managers, Auditors, Culinary team & Supply chain to ensure trainings are conducted in an effective & timely manner.
∎ Maintain food ratings analysis for brands & products & be able to give insights on trainings/SOP/Product update needs as deemed fit.
