∎ Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
∎ Wash and store dishes, cutlery, and glassware properly.
∎ Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces.
∎ Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required.
∎ Dispose of garbage and recycling appropriately.
∎ Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
∎ Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
∎ We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward to join our team and help maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the culinary team by ensuring all kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas are kept clean and sanitized.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
