Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Machine Setup and Operation: Proficient in setting up and operating Komori printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
∎ Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Skilled in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
∎ Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks to ensure printed materials meet the required standards and specifications.
∎ Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Technical Knowledge: Understanding the technical aspects of Komori machines, including adjustments, calibrations, and repairs.
∎ Efficiency and Productivity: Maximizing machine efficiency and productivity by monitoring and adjusting settings as needed.
∎ Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other team members, including designers, technicians, and supervisors, to achieve production goals.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and production output.
