∎ At least 1-2 year’s working experience.
∎ Previously working with any local Diagnostic.
∎ Strong technical and analytical skills.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in lab procedures.
∎ Good documentation and reporting skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
∎ People who is familiars with local culture and local dialects will get preference.
∎ Full-time, must have a mindset to work for 2 to 5 years
∎ Candidates of North Bengal will be given priority.
