∎ Strong knowledge of sample collection, preparation, and testing procedures.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
∎ Willingness to work in shifts and remote locations if required.
∎ Experience in clinical data recording and reporting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete Blood Count (CBC), Bleeding Time (BT), Clotting Time (CT).
∎ Routine Urine Examination (RME).
∎ Routine Stool Examination (RME).
∎ Gram Staining.
∎ Acid-Fast Bacilli (AFB) examination on Sputum.
∎ Blood Grouping and Rh Typing.
∎ Random Blood Sugar (RBS).
∎ Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), Anti-Hepatitis C Virus (Anti-HCV).
∎ Providing diagnostic reports and managing stock inventory.
∎ Specimen testing as per SOP.
∎ Maintaining equipment and reagents.
∎ Reporting routine and urgent tests and on time delivery of reports.
∎ Recording and storing of laboratory data.
∎ Maintaining health and safety regulations – infection prevention and waste disposal practices.
∎ Indenting for lab-ware and consumables.
∎ Must oblige by MCP, TIAHRT and Helms policy and maintain it strictly.
∎ Compiling activity reports and submitting them to relevant authorities.

∎ Conducting the following tests:
