Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Corporate Counsel position is responsible for providing legal advice to the Executives, Management, and Associates of YOUR TRAVEL.
∎ Build strong working relationships with clients and staff
∎ Be responsible for managing a broad caseload
∎ Demonstrate knowledge of current Bangladesh law
∎ Be able to identify issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy
∎ Effectively utilize online research tools ,Contribute to the Firm's overall initiatives
