∎ Streamline HR processes, define SOPs, and strengthen compliance through clear roles and controls.
∎ Develop dashboards and conduct analytics to support workforce planning, talent decisions, and productivity, translating data into actionable insights.
∎ Maintain a compliance risk matrix and recommend actions to address labor laws, audit gaps, and policy obligations.
∎ Redesign compensation structure for equity and competitiveness, streamline payroll process and recommend improvement measures for benefit programs.
∎ Collaborate with technology to automate HR processes, enhance self-service tools and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
∎ Align workforce plans with business goals, identify skill gaps, and support internal mobility using data-driven insights.
