Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from any recognized Institutions.
∎ Academic Qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise/Hands on Installation & alignment, Operation, Maintenance and Servicing of Rotary & Static Equipment like single stage/multistage Gas Compressor (at least one compressor must have rated BHP of 5,000.0) Cooler, Compressor drives & Scrubber/Production Separator, etc.
∎ Responsible for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Testing of Rotary equipment.
∎ Performing Equipment sizing calculations and Mechanical stress analysis by following latest standards and Industrial practice.
∎ Planning and prepare production schedules fabrications, installation, testing and commissioning of Plant and Equipment.
∎ Preparing and Development of Process Flow Diagram and Piping & Instrument Diagram.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Shall have at least 25 years of experience in relevant fields.
∎ Shall have experience on Supervision/Hands installation and commissioning of Gas turbine generator (at least one Gas turbine generator must have minimum of 100 MW capacity) and Steam turbine generator (at least one Steam turbine generator must have minimum of 100 MW capacity).
∎ Experienced in Design based on manual as well as using appropriate design software and shall have worked on AutoCAD Plant 3D, SOLIDWORKS, CADworx etc.
