∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost Analysis, Project Budgeting, quantity surveyor, Rate analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Technical Infrastructure, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly follow up with the project team regarding Budget/CTC and give a periodic update to the central Project Control lead and team.
∎ Check all the balance quantities in terms of MTO (materials takeoff) with an updated rate.
∎ For URA (unit rate analysis) budget - check all the resources loading with productivity & prepare the findings.
∎ For RBA (resource-based budget) - check all the projections of resources in terms of the latest plan & prepare the findings.
∎ Identifies all material requirements, source,s etc.
∎ Checking of Reconciliation for all Major materials like steel, cement, Stone, Concrete Tetrahedron, and Flexi Mat materials with approved mix designs.
∎ Client billing Invoice submitting with all relevant As-built documents timely submit to concerned Consultant.
∎ Preparing the actual rate analysis for major items every month.
∎ Preparation of Cost Impact Addition & Omission for Changes of design drawing and Quantity Variation & Claims submitting to Concern Contractor/Consultant on in time.
∎ Preparing actual cost work done Sub Con Vs Payroll comparison statement every month.
∎ Tracking of procurement of material with SCM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Those who are experienced in powerplant projects will get the preference.
