Education:
∎ Bachelor's degree pass. C in Ed. preferred. Ability to work consistently and kindly with individuals and groups of children on tasks planned and given by the teacher or planned by themselves. Ability to take notes on children’s work and behaviour. (able to care for and communicate with young children, and to think about the different ways they learn). Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to work with children with special needs and accept input while learning new skills. Fluency in English speaking is a must. Ability to write in English is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ There is a vacancy for the following position based at LAMB English Medium School in Parbatipur. The school serves about 150 pupils, including many staff children.
∎ To assist teachers at LAMB School in providing differentiated learning experiences for children. To work with individuals and/or groups of children on tasks planned and given by the teacher or planned by themselves. To provide explanation and guidance to help pupils succeed and enjoy learning. To help to provide a quality education for staff and non-staff children through living an active Christian lifestyle. To communicate regularly in English.
∎ Start date: 3 March 2024 or asap
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 12,000-14,500 gross, depending on skills and experience gross, benefits include medical care at LAMB. Staff at LAMB school agree that they will not provide paid private tuition while they are employed by the school.
