Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver engaging lectures in English Literature, Language, and Composition as per the National Curriculum and College guidelines.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching materials.
∎ Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate student records.
∎ Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities to foster overall development.
∎ Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
∎ Assist in curriculum development, syllabus updates, and examination question setting/moderation.
∎ Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students as needed.
∎ Contribute to research, publications, and other scholarly activities (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ Collaborate with faculty members to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment.
