Education:
∎ 4-year Honors degree followed by an MBA/Master's degree in MIS from a recognized university.
∎ At least 3 (three) First Divisions/Classes/A Grades from SSC to the Master's level.
∎ Candidates with a PhD/MPhil degree in MIS from a recognized university at home and abroad will be given high preference.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with strong research expertise in the field of MIS of Business Administration, particularly in MIS.
∎ Candidates with a 3rd Class/Division or GPA/CGPA below 3.00 in any public examination need not apply.

∎ Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
∎ Conduct and publish research in the field of business management, contributing to academic knowledge and practices.
∎ Advise students on academic progress, career opportunities, and personal development.
∎ Supervise student projects, internships, and research, guiding them towards academic and professional excellence.
∎ Participate in curriculum development and review, ensuring the relevance and rigor of the business management program.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues on research projects, curriculum enhancement, and interdisciplinary initiatives.
∎ Serve on departmental, faculty, and university committees, contributing to the governance and improvement of the institution.
∎ Maintain professional development through continuous learning, attending conferences, and engaging with industry trends.
∎ Foster relationships with the business community, alumni, and professional organizations to enhance educational and networking opportunities for students.
