Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, preparation and providing interesting lessons and digital content that meets students needs and abilities.·
∎ Creating a helpful and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valuable and encouraged to participate.·
∎ In order to maintain a favorable education environment, effective classroom management strategy must be implement.·
∎ To evaluate the progress of the students through various methods such as testing, projects and discussions etc.·
∎ Provide constructive response to students to facilitate their academic and personal growth.·
∎ Must have effective communication with various stakeholders to assist in the overall development of the institution.·
∎ There should be updates about the best practice, curriculum development and teaching methods.·
∎ Creating a learning environment for students and developing attractive lessons planning and implementation.·
∎ Build a positive and inclusive classroom culture and to cooperate with colleagues and parents to ensure the success of the students.·
∎ Classes should be conducted in English version of the relevant subject.
∎ Subject: Bangali-01, English-02 Mathematics-02, Higher mathematics-01, Religion(Hindu, Islam).
