∎ Educational Qualification: MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
∎ Professional Registration: Must hold valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic or instructional role (preferably in a nursing or healthcare education setting).

∎ Evaluate teaching effectiveness and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
∎ Provide academic and career advising to students.
∎ Support and mentor students in achieving academic and clinical success.
∎ Participate in institutional research and scholarly activities.
∎ Engage in professional development and continuing education initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with faculty, administrative staff, and healthcare partners.
∎ Contribute to departmental planning, committee work, and quality assurance processes.
∎ Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of Prime College of Nursing.
