Additional Requirements:
∎ Completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing from a recognized university.
∎ A minimum CGPA of 3.5 in both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
∎ At least 2 years of teaching or relevant professional experience.
∎ Preferably one foreign degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
∎ Candidates possessing a PhD may be eligible for flexibility in the CGPA requirement.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Commitment to academic integrity and continuous professional development.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

∎ Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and assessments in undergraduate, ensuring alignment with the academic curriculum and learning outcomes.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs by developing course materials, and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.
∎ Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students, supporting their academic progress and professional development.
∎ Engage in academic research and scholarly activities, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and contributing to the institution’s research profile.
∎ Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and institutional initiatives, contributing to the overall development and governance of the Faculty of Business Management (FBM).
∎ Ensure adherence to academic policies, quality assurance standards, and accreditation requirements, maintaining the integrity and excellence of the academic programs.
