∎ Enrolled with the Bar Council
∎ Minimum 07+ years of court practice experience (preferably in Dhaka)
∎ Bangladesh Labor Laws and Rules
∎ Tax and VAT regulations
∎ Contract and Criminal Law
∎ Legal procedures and documentation
∎ Excellent legal research and analytical capabilities
∎ Strong personal ethics and integrity
∎ Mastery in contract negotiation and legal drafting
∎ In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and governance
∎ Outstanding communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills
∎ Enrolled with the Bar Council

∎ Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, deeds, and mortgage-related papers
∎ Provide strategic legal guidance on issues related to corporate law, tax, VAT, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
∎ Liaise effectively with clients, legal stakeholders, and law enforcement agencies
∎ Mitigate legal risks and manage litigation, negotiations, and legal processes
∎ Serve as the in-house legal advisor to protect the organization’s legal rights
∎ Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh’s legal framework including Labour Laws, Tax Law, and Criminal Law
