∎ সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে ন্যূনতম ১ বছর কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ লিফট পরিচালনা করা এবং এর সঠিক কার্যক্রম নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ স্টাফ এবং আগত অতিথিদের নিরাপদভাবে লিফটে উঠানো এবং নামানো।
∎ লিফটের যাত্রীদের সুরক্ষা ও স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য নিশ্চিত করতে নিয়মিত পরিদর্শন করা।
∎ লিফটের প্রাথমিক সমস্যাগুলোর সমাধান করা। যেমনঃ ডোর রোপ, রোলার, পুশ বাটন, কেবিন লাইট ইত্যাদি পরিবর্তন করা।
∎ জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে লিফটের অবস্থান এবং কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
∎ লিফট ব্যবহারের সময় নিরাপত্তা নিয়মাবলী মেনে চলা এবং নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ লিফটের যান্ত্রিক সমস্যা বা অন্য কোনো অস্বাভাবিক পরিস্থিতির ক্ষেত্রে তৎক্ষণাত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা।
∎ জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত ও কার্যকরী পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা, যেমন কেবিনে কেউ আটকে গেলে দ্রুত নিরাপদে বের করে আনা।
∎ লিফট সার্ভিস ভেন্ডরকে সার্ভিসিং এর কাজে সহায়তা করা।
∎ নিয়মিত প্রশিক্ষণ ও উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা,।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতি ও প্রক্রিয়া মেনে চলা এবং কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করা।
∎ লিফট পরিচালনা করা এবং এর সঠিক কার্যক্রম নিশ্চিত করা।
