Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
∎ Having experience work with 100 plus male workers.
∎ Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
∎ Prepare daily production reports that will include output quality and quantity.
∎ Ensure each staff meets the assigned production targets daily.
∎ Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
∎ Training and supervising new production line workers.
∎ Build safe, clean and positive working environment.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent to speak in English.
∎ Expertise in MS-Office.
Salary: Negotiable
