Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and analyze the SME portfolio to track disbursement volume, repayment trends and risk concentrations.
∎ Continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify early warning signals and initiate timely corrective actions.
∎ Ensure prompt follow-up on past due, overdue and irregular accounts to minimize credit risk and prevent NPL accumulation.
∎ Act as a dedicated resource for proactive monitoring, enabling real-time performance reviews and swift issue resolution.
∎ Work closely with branches and field teams to enhance coordination and efficiency in collections and recoveries.
∎ Prepare high-quality reports for internal management, audit committees and regulatory bodies ensuring accuracy and compliance.
∎ Contribute to developing risk mitigation strategies and improving existing monitoring frameworks and tools.
