∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Any degree (Business graduates are especially encouraged).
∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Transport or Courier Agency preferred.

∎ Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a must

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and oversee daily vehicle operations to ensure smooth transportation.
∎ Maintain a daily ledger to record all operational expenses and fuel costs.
∎ Maintain and update all vehicle documentation, including registration, fitness, insurance, and tax papers; ensure timely renewals.
∎ Respond promptly to client transport inquiries and provide accurate shipment updates.
∎ Coordinate with drivers to track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of trips.
∎ Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and arrange timely servicing and repairs.
∎ Check GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle movement and improve operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with transportation safety laws and company policies.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on transportation performance and cost analysis.
∎ Manage emergency situations, like vehicle breakdowns or accidents, with quick and effective action.
