Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Power and others relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or equivalent in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate continuous flow or vat-type equipment to process milk, cream, and other dairy products, following specific methods and formulas
∎ Assemble fittings, valves, bowls, plates, disks, impeller shaft, and other parts to equipment with wrench to prepare for the operation
∎ Turn valves to pump sterilizing solution and rinse water through pipes and equipment and spray vats with atomizer
∎ Start pumps and equipment, observe temperature and pressure gauges, and open valves on continuous flow equipment to force milk through centrifuge to separate cream from milk, through homogenizer to produce specific emulsion through filter to remove sediment
∎ Turn valves to admit steam and water into pipes to pasteurize milk and to circulate refrigerant through coils to cool milk.
∎ Start pump and agitator, observe pressure and temperature gauges, and open valves on vat equipment to fill, stir, and steam-heat milk in vat
∎ Pump or pour specific amounts of liquid or powder ingredients, such as skim milk, stabilizer, SMP, FCMP & Coco etc into vat to make dairy products, such as buttermilk, chocolate milk
∎ Test product at various stages of processing and keep records specific time, temperature, pressure, and volume readings
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
∎ Job location: Aarong dairy (Factory), Gazipur

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Experience in FMCG / Dairy sector will get preference
∎ Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Able to manage production and canned sweet processing
∎ Able to develop variants of sweet recipe
∎ Must have basic Knowledge on machine operation and tools
∎ Must have knowledge on hygiene and sanitation
∎ Must have Knowledge on ISO. GMP, CCP, SOP etc
∎ Must have willingness to work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ Must have to work under pressure
