Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical experience in Spinning operation with following Brands machineries - Truetzschler, Zinser, Marzoli Dongtai, Shanghai, LAXHAMI LR9, Oerlikon Schlafhorst , Murata, Linkorn, Savio, RIETER - MODEL RSBD-35/40/50 SBD-35/40/50 SIMPLEX TOYOTA FL-100 & FL-200
∎ Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts
∎ Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments
∎ Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule
∎ Organizing routine servicing schedules
∎ Carrying out quality inspections
∎ Organizing teams to ensure 24-hour coverage
∎ Monitoring, setting. and maintenance of all Machine
∎ Enthusiastic and ability to work as part of a team
∎ Be able to perform a highly physical job
∎ Ability to clearly and concisely record information as per SOP
∎ Must be able to prioritize workload
∎ Excellent in communication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
