Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems and equipment.
∎ Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.
∎ Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication and team management abilities.
∎ Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
∎ Preferred:
∎ Certification in hospitality maintenance or relevant technical fields.
∎ Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
∎ Experience in luxury or branded hotels.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across hotel facilities.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and other critical hotel systems.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
∎ Quickly respond to guest complaints and maintenance issues.
∎ Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service logs.
∎ Manage budgets for maintenance expenses and track inventory of tools and equipment.
∎ Comply with hotel policies and safety regulations at all times.
∎ Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and F&B departments to minimize disruptions.
