∎ Individual Ability: Potentially creative, proactive and quick leaner. Willing to take challenges and do hard work.
∎ Computer literate and having some exposure on MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Good language skill (both verbal and written) in Bangla and English
∎ Energetic, confident and self-driven
∎ Well-mannered gestures, postures and smartness
