Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with major in Marketing / Economics / Supply Chain from reputed public/private university. (Preferably from IBA, DU, NSU, BRAC, EWU, IUB, BUP etc.)
∎ Candidates from English medium background i.e., O-Level & A-Level with BBA degree will get preference.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand how the company operates, gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
∎ Understand each department's (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
∎ Assist Managers with various tasks (e.g., making and implementing policy, goal setting).
∎ Update Google Sheet daily, cross check with ERP sales and keep track of business revenue.
∎ Complete all assigned tasks timely by Head of Operations and assist with day-to-day operations by Manager Operations.
∎ Participate in company's strategic planning and prepare presentation accordingly.
∎ Learn about organization's ERP and work to provide feedback of development areas periodically.
∎ Enhance customer service provided by outlets, social media and verbal communications.
∎ Assist with recruiting process and onboarding of new employees.
∎ Provide basic orientation, ERP, customer service, personal grooming, outlet hygiene maintenance and assuring quality product training to the sales team.
∎ Communicate and coordinate effectively with all team members.
∎ Define the overall company culture strategy, objectives and success measures
∎ Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other external parties.
∎ Coordinate with delivery operations for consistency and improve their service by developing effective and alternative approaches to work.
∎ Assist in content writing, prepare report on market and competitors' analysis and update records for official purpose.
∎ Drive daily operations and service of all areas of business.
∎ Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
∎ Provide administrative support (e.g., data entry)
∎ Help Managers in evaluating performance (e.g., writing reports, analyzing data)
∎ Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
∎ Follow all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
∎ Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
∎ Create perfect social media post. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
∎ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
∎ Understand customer insight besides action plan and solution against customer reaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Specialized in Business Development, Operations Management, Brand Promotion, Brand communication, Activation Management etc.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills, are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
