∎ Care Nutrition Ltd. (CNL) is the Bangladesh subsidiary of Frontier Nutrition, Inc., a U.S. company based in New Haven, Connecticut. We are currently looking for a Management Trainee. We are looking for a management trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with high advancement potential. During your traineeship, you`ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You`ll get to know everything necessary about our company`s functions and operations and you`ll support our management team with strategic insights and daily tasks. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have. ∎ The selected candidate will work in 360-degree mode in different departments for 18 months, before being promoted to a Junior Managerial role in his best suited functionality.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help managers with strategic insights and complete daily tasks
∎ Understand each department's daily processes and goals
∎ Provide administrative support
∎ Get familiar with personnel duties
∎ Participate in company's strategic planning
∎ Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
∎ Keep track of business revenue
∎ Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
∎ Create and give presentations
∎ Work with data analysis to provide strategic insights and action plan to management and take ownership of approved action plan and implement them

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Fresh graduates with good academics are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy etc.)
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
∎ Strong verbal and written presentation skills
∎ Excellent math and computational ability
∎ Effective communication skills

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
