Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA preferably in Human Resource Management/Management from any public University; but Candidates from University of Rajshahi & Khulna University will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All fresh Candidates will be trained to be effective Executives for the Departments of HR, Admin & Compliance.
∎ They will work with present HR, Admin & Compliance Team and learn their basics on HR, Admin & Compliance.
∎ Based on their qualification & performance, they will be posted at different Factories and in future they will perform as independent Executives in our Factories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be creative, innovative and concentrated to be in details.
∎ Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Should have strategic thinking and commercial awareness of textile industries.
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Should be patient, target oriented and have the mentality to work under stress.
∎ Should be self-motivated, willing to learn and ready to take challenges.
∎ Preferred Candidates from Uttara, Tongi, Board Bazar, Gazipur, Savar, Valuka and adjacent areas.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Selected Candidates will be trained within the Factories and after successful completion of their probation period and based on their Performance Appraisal, they will be eligible to receive Annual Increment as per our Company Policy.
