Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
∎ Maintain positive relationships with local key suppliers/vendors to collect quotations.
∎ Prepare quotation reports, draft contracts, terms, and pricing agreements, and submit it to the line manager.
∎ Assist in preparing purchase orders for the vendors by using SAP software and sending purchase orders to the supplier.
∎ Communicate with suppliers to ensure delivery status and deal with non-supplied, under-orders, over-orders, and damaged goods.
∎ Assist in generating regular procurement reports, trend analysis reports & metrics, and provide insights to line manager.

The incumbents will report to the department head for their duties and responsibilities.
