∎ Diploma in Engineering in Food Technology or, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Frozen Food Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of worker.
∎ Manage all day to day production activities of the respective concern.
∎ Plan and work for production and process re-engineering to update the product and quality as well as minimize the cost accordingly.
∎ Ensuring utilization of factory capacity considering product mix, analyze optimum vs actual production, raw material availability to meet the market demands in time, and report to the management accordingly.
∎ Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Superior authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Basic computer knowledge, Basic English proficiency, Good communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
