Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering and EEE with MBA from a reputed business school.
∎ BBA and MBA in Marketing from a reputed business school.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely working with the production team.
∎ Liaising with the supply chain to ensure smooth production.
∎ Overseeing the new product development processes.
∎ Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
∎ Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
∎ Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
∎ Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skill.
∎ Willingness to develop a long-term career in FMCG industry.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
