∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ • Candidates should be Masters in Accounting with Chartered Accountancy (CA) Qualified.
∎ • ACA/FCA are preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Support the Management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, etc.
∎ • Ensure adequate Cash flow to meet the company's needs.
∎ • Maintaining the accounts of the company and financial reporting to different authorities.
∎ • Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy.
∎ • Checking and reviewing the monthly financial statements.
∎ • To generate various financial reports periodically.
∎ • Preparation of monthly accounts with necessary sub-schedules of the company.
∎ • Responsible for preparing the financial statements, including project-wise (weekly, monthly, half yearly & annually) (Trial Balance, Receipt & Payments, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow).
∎ • Capable to prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly Budget & Budget variance.
∎ • Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with company policies/laws & regulations.
∎ • Responsible to prepare Annual final accounts, periodical accounts statements of the company.
∎ • Responsible to maintain accounts for staff income tax, company taxes, VAT etc.
∎ • Responsible to prepare various monthly bills of the company for payment.
∎ • Preparation of yearly Budget and five-year integrated plan.
∎ • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register including stock registers for the company.
∎ • Recording and maintenance of the company assets & Accounts.
∎ • To identify and develop strategies to optimize the financial Management/administration.
∎ • Analyses compliance issues for take necessary steps.
∎ • Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time.
∎ • Analysis of monthly and yearly GP, NP, Sale, collection and cost of fund.
∎ • Conduct financial monitoring of the office.
∎ • Handle Internal/External Audit of the company and prepare management response on audit findings.
∎ • Responsible to handle all bank relevant functions properly.
∎ • Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
