∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA (CC), CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
∎ 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, ideally in fintech, startups, or banking.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladeshi tax, VAT, payroll, and financial compliance.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
∎ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
∎ Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international reporting standards.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
∎ Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes.
∎ Support financial planning and investor reporting, including SAFE note tracking and capital deployment.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Legal) for financial planning and analysis.
